Meta Logix is looking for a hands-on HR Executive to join our Sahiwal team. You’ll support recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, employee relations, and HR operations. We value people who are organized, tech-friendly (HRIS/Google Workspace), and keen to improve employee experience — familiarity with simple HR automation or AI tools is a plus.

What you’ll do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, shortlisting, scheduling interviews and candidate communication.
• Conduct onboarding & offboarding (documents, orientation, exit formalities).
• Maintain employee records, update HRIS or spreadsheets, and ensure data accuracy.
• Assist with payroll data collection and basic payroll coordination with accounts.
• Handle employee queries on attendance, leaves, and benefits.
• Support performance review logistics, training coordination and HR reporting.
• Ensure compliance with local labor rules & company policies; help implement HR policies.
• Use tools (HRIS, Google Workspace, WhatsApp, basic automation) and simple AI assistants to speed up communications and reporting.

Who we’re looking for

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field preferred.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with 0–3 years of HR experience are welcome.
• Practical experience with recruitment, onboarding, or HR admin is a plus.
• Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets and willingness to learn HRIS tools.
• Good communication, confidentiality, and interpersonal skills.
• Based in Sahiwal or nearby areas — onsite only (no remote).

Pay: Up to Rs50,000.00 per month
