Job Description:

• Handle end-to-end HR operations for hospital staff (nurses, technicians, doctors & support staff)
• Recruitment coordination, joining formalities, employee documentation & file maintenance
• Manage attendance, leave, biometric access & provide inputs for payroll processing
• Coordinate with unit heads for manpower planning and daily HR support
• Handle employee queries, basic grievances & engagement activities
• Support statutory compliance documentation and HR MIS reporting

Requirements:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in HR preferred
• 1-3 years HR experience (hospital/healthcare preferred)
• Good communication in Tamil & English

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
