Key Responsibilities:

● Handle the complete recruitment process: sourcing, screening, conducting initial interviews, and onboarding.

● Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including compensation and benefits information.

● Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive and productive work

environment.

● Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.

● Manage employee attendance, leave records, and benefits administration.

● Support internal HR audits and coordinate with departments for HR needs.

Requirements:

● Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.

● Knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and statutory benefits (e.g., PF, ESI).

● Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools.

● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
