UI/UX Graphics Designer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Graphics Designer to design and enhance visual experiences across multiple digital platforms — including websites, mobile applications, e-commerce platforms, social media, newsletters, and marketing case studies. The ideal candidate will have strong aesthetic sense, a deep understanding of user experience, and the ability to translate business and marketing goals into impactful visual designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces and graphics for:
- Corporate and product websites
- Mobile apps (iOS & Android)
- E-commerce platforms and product pages
- Social media creatives, digital ads, and campaign visuals
- Case studies, landing pages, newsletters, and presentations
- Visiting cards, posters, and other brand collateral
- Create wireframes, UI mockups, prototypes, and graphic elements that communicate design ideas effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams — marketing, development, and content — to ensure consistent design quality and brand alignment.
- Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to improve usability and visual appeal.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and visual asset libraries for consistency.
- Ensure all designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for web and mobile.
- Produce 2D/3D animations and handle video editing for product demos, social content, and UI motion showcases.
- Experiment with AI-driven and emerging design tools to enhance productivity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in UI/UX and graphic design across web, mobile, and digital platforms.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, typography, colour theory, and layout systems.
- Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and interactive design using tools such as Figma, Framer, or ProtoPie.
- Knowledge of motion design and micro-interactions for digital interfaces.
- Proficiency in creating high-quality 2D and 3D animations for digital products and marketing content.
- Advanced ability to edit, refine, and produce polished video content for UI showcases, campaigns, and product storytelling.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools such as Figma AI plugins, Runway ML, and Adobe Firefly.
- Strong visual storytelling and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and time-management abilities.
- A portfolio demonstrating creativity and versatility across web, mobile apps, e-commerce, and marketing visuals.
- Up-to-date knowledge of modern UI/UX, digital, and branding design trends.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in e-commerce design and conversion-focused layouts.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS or experience collaborating effectively with front-end development teams.
- Ability to adapt designs for marketing campaigns and brand storytelling.
- Basic understanding of motion design principles, including timing, easing, and transitions.
