Job Title: HR Executive
Experience Required: 6-1 year
Location: Indore
Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, offer roll-out).
Coordinate onboarding and induction for new employees.
Maintain employee documentation and personal files.
2. Payroll & Attendance Management
Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
Ensure timely salary processing in coordination with accounts.
3. Employee Engagement & Relations
Act as a point of contact for all HR-related queries.
Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution.
Plan engagement activities and maintain a positive work environment.
4. Performance Management
Support performance appraisal processes.
Track employee performance and probation confirmations.
5. Administration Support (if required)
Coordinate with management on office administration matters.
Support general office operations when needed.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR.
