HR Executive (Generalist)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle recruitment for sales, service, and admin staff.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads.
  • Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
  • Coordinate payroll data with accounts department.
  • Maintain employee personal files and HR documentation.
  • Handle joining and exit formalities.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (ESIC, PF, etc.).
  • Maintain employee discipline and company policies.
  • Conduct induction for new employees.
  • Prepare HR reports (monthly manpower, attrition, etc.).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
