Key Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment for sales, service, and admin staff.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads.
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate payroll data with accounts department.
- Maintain employee personal files and HR documentation.
- Handle joining and exit formalities.
- Ensure statutory compliance (ESIC, PF, etc.).
- Maintain employee discipline and company policies.
- Conduct induction for new employees.
- Prepare HR reports (monthly manpower, attrition, etc.).
