HR Executive (Generalist & Recruitment)

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and onboarding.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Oversee payroll processing and maintain accurate attendance records for site employees.
  • Maintain and update comprehensive employee data and HR documentation.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to employee queries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Administer and coordinate HR and functional programs in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing and attendance management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools. compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,832.55 - ₹25,493.99 per month

Work Location: In person
