- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and onboarding.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Oversee payroll processing and maintain accurate attendance records for site employees.
- Maintain and update comprehensive employee data and HR documentation.
- Respond promptly and professionally to employee queries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Administer and coordinate HR and functional programs in alignment with organizational goals.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and attendance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools. compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
