Job Summary
The HR Generalist is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations and providing support across various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, payroll coordination, and training. The role ensures smooth implementation of HR policies and practices while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviewing, offers).
- Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding programs.
- Employee Relations
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Support conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
- Performance Management
- Assist in implementing appraisal systems and performance reviews.
- Support managers with goal-setting and employee development plans.
- Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
- Track effectiveness of training initiatives.
- HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain employee records (attendance, leave, benefits, personal files).
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support payroll preparation and statutory reporting.
- Engagement & Culture
- Organize employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Promote a positive work culture aligned with company values.
