POSITION: HR Executive

REPORTS TO: HR Manager

RESPONSIBILITY & AUTHORITY

· In Recruitment - Posting of jobs on various portals like Naukri.com, LinkedIn, etc

· Initial screening, scheduling and compensation break-ups.

· Short listing suitable candidates from the interviews

· Negotiation with the candidates

· Document collection from candidates

· Sanctioning offer letter to the selected candidates

· Coordinating with the campus recruitment process

· In Joining Formalities - Briefing the new joiners with the policies, procedures, code of conduct of the organization

· Document verification of the candidates hired

· Ensuring proper on boarding of employees

· Ensuring proper coordination of interviews.

· HRMS entry of new joiners Employee code generation

· Since the joining of candidate Getting e-mail id created for employee, handing over of CUG card Providing uniforms in the case of nursing recruitment

· Coordinating for all employees of the unit

· In Time Office Management - Monitoring the daily, weekly and monthly Time Office function.

· Administer the Attendance process (Computerized & Manual) of company roll, visitor and contractual workers, Late coming report, Checking of Form-12 (Attendance Register), Leave Applications (EL/PL, CL & SL), on Duty slips, On Tour slips, Overtime details, and controlling extra Overtime/Incentive hours as per requirement.

· Prepare weekly manpower report

· In Training - On the job induction for new recruits for quick integration into their functions.

· Preparation of Training Need Analysis Plan.

· Development of Training Calendar for the year.

· Collation of training feedback.

· In Payroll Process - Preparation of Preparation of Payroll process, Appointment letter, Preparing Settlement, Service Certificate and Relieving order.

· Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee

· In Performance Appraisal - Initiating Quarterly Performance appraisal followed by annual review& rewarding.

· In Employee Relation Activities - Handling and escalating Employee grievances to superiors.

· Maintaining MIS of Employees.

· Handling employee discipline & maintaining employee relation

· Involve people for various activities like National Festival celebrations, cultural activities & other Welfare activities.

· Insurance & Mediclaim

· In Exit Interviews - Tracking and conveying feedback received during exit interviews for instituting systems to improve employee morale and motivation.

· Issuing relieving and experience letters

· Payment clearance of employees

· Collecting CUG card, laptop from the leaving employee

· In Administration - Meetings and Conference coordination’s

· Transport Management

· Prepare Monthly MIS related to Administration work

· In Employee Engagement Activity - Planning activities for employee engagement and executing them

· Celebrating days like nursing day, doctors day, Shalby day

· In Performance Management System - Checking the online ratings of appraisal forms for all employees of unit.

· Forwarding the report to HR manager

· Issuing increment letters after receiving final appraisal report

· Preparing indicators from predetermined parameters and sending it to the quality department

· Preparing monthly presentation for HR review

· Coordinating in employee motivation survey

· Other Generalist Responsibilities - Creating awareness about the activities by floating mails

· Taking regular rounds in the hospital for monitoring discipline, dress code , creating rapport with other departments etc

· HRMS: Grievance handling and resolving daily issues

· Resolving employee issues on a daily basis

Languages Needed: Tamil, English & Hindi

Preferred: Male Candidate Only.

Experience: Minimum 2 years.

Job Type: Walk-In

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Rs Puram, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Master's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • HR: 2 years (Preferred)
