Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records (attendance, leave, personal files) in compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate and support performance management and employee appraisal processes.
- Handle employee grievances and support a positive workplace culture.
- Manage HR documentation such as offer letters, contracts, and policy updates.
- Support HR audits and compliance requirements.
- Conduct employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Assist in payroll processing by coordinating with finance and maintaining accurate data.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an HR generalist or executive role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRMS software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
