HR Executive / HR Generalist

India

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, leave, personal files) in compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate and support performance management and employee appraisal processes.
  • Handle employee grievances and support a positive workplace culture.
  • Manage HR documentation such as offer letters, contracts, and policy updates.
  • Support HR audits and compliance requirements.
  • Conduct employee engagement activities and internal communications.
  • Assist in payroll processing by coordinating with finance and maintaining accurate data.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR generalist or executive role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRMS software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
