About Us:
Sreema Feeds is a leading name in the animal feed industry, with a strong presence across Eastern India. We are looking for a dedicated Male HR professional to manage both sales and office staff at our Arambagh office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee HR operations for sales and office teams (30–35 employees).
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and payroll management.
- Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and compliance.
- Support performance management, staff motivation, and grievance handling.
- Act as a bridge between management and employees to maintain a positive work culture.
Requirements:
- Male candidate only.
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA in HR preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in HR management (manufacturing/ FMCG/ feed industry preferred).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle both field and office HR requirements.
