HR Executive / HR Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Executive / HR Manager to lead and manage all aspects of human resources operations.
The ideal candidate will oversee recruitment, employee relations, policy development, and compliance with labor laws, while ensuring a productive and positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Maintain employee relations and handle workplace concerns professionally
• Conduct training, performance reviews, and employee engagement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards
• Support management in driving HR strategies and company objectives

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in HR (Technology, IT, or Corporate sector preferred)
• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in e-commerce or logistics industry is a plus
