HR Executive / HR Officer

  • Develop, implement, and regularly update company policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulatory requirements
  • Advise management on HR best practices and legal considerations
  • Communicate policies effectively to employees
  • Prepare, review, and manage employment contracts and the job descriptions
  • Draft and manage company contracts (Staff, contractors, and Subcontractors etc…)
  • Ensure contracts are legally compliant and properly documented
  • Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation
  • Serve as the main point of contact for employee concerns and grievances
  • Handle disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution
  • Oversee onboarding and exit processes
  • Support performance management and employee development
  • Promote employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives
  • Maintain HR databases and records
  • Manage leave records and employee documentation
  • Coordinate with legal and external partners when required
  • Fluency in both Arabic & English ( Reading, Writing, Speaking, Listening)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • HR Executive: 3 years (Required)

Language:

  • Fluent Arabic & English (Required)

License/Certification:

  • UAE Driver's License (Required)
