FreshAbout the Role
Shahwilayat Public School and Trust is seeking dynamic and motivated HR professionals to join its team. We are hiring for two positions:
- HR Officer / Executive (2–3 years experience)
- HR Assistant (0–1 year experience)
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a structured HR environment and contribute to organizational growth and people management.
Position 1: HR Executive
Experience Required:
- 2–4 years of relevant HR experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, screening, Interviews, Pre-Onboarding, Onboarding)
- Have the ability to manage Operational functions and Attendance management.
- Handle Departmental coordination and help the Line Manager in shared tasks.
- Support performance management and
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of HR practices and MS Office
Position 2: HR Assistant
Experience Required:
- 1 – 2 years (Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment coordination and scheduling
- Maintain employee records and documentation
- Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks
- Coordinate with departments for HR-related activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (HR/Business preferred)
- Excellent Communication skills
- Basic proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace
