Job Description:

Naksys Global is seeking a proactive and communicative HR Professional to manage end-to-end HR activities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to handle recruitment, employee coordination, and HR operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
  • Handle employee engagement and day-to-day HR coordination
  • Support payroll inputs and statutory compliance activities
  • Address employee queries and assist in implementing HR policies

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities
  • Knowledge of HR processes and recruitment lifecycle
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR tools

Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA / MSW / PGDM in HR or related field
  • 1–3 years of HR experience (Freshers with strong HR knowledge may apply)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
