Job Title: HR Executive InternLocation: On-site (India – as applicable)Department: Human Resources

Job Type: Internship (Full-time / Part-time)About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate HR Executive Intern to join our dynamic HR team. The intern will assist in various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. This role offers hands-on experience in both IT and Hospitality domains, giving you exposure to diverse workplace environments and people management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes — posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Support the onboarding and orientation process for new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
  • Help organize training sessions, employee engagement activities, and performance evaluations.
  • Assist in drafting HR policies, letters, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing requirements.
  • Support payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Handle basic employee queries and ensure timely resolution.
  • Participate in HR projects related to process improvement and compliance.

Required Skills:

  • Good understanding of basic HR functions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or completed BBA / MBA / B.Tech / BA / HRM or related field.
  • Prior internship or exposure in HR, IT Recruitment, or Hospitality Management is a plus.
