Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Support HR operations such as onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Help maintain HR systems and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Draft HR documents, emails, reports, and policy guidelines.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication efforts.
- Assist in payroll preparation and attendance management (if applicable).
- Stay updated on labor laws and HR best practices.
