Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and follow-ups.
  • Support HR operations such as onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Help maintain HR systems and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Draft HR documents, emails, reports, and policy guidelines.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication efforts.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and attendance management (if applicable).
  • Stay updated on labor laws and HR best practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
