We are hiring an Executive HR Intern to assist in core HR functions with a strong focus on staff training and development. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee coordination, and supporting in-house training efforts in the fashion wholesale industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR and training team in onboarding new hires like showroom staff, sales executives, tailors, and helpers
- Help organize and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and on-floor skill development
- Maintain training records, feedback forms, and attendance sheets
- Ensure new employees understand store policies, customer handling etiquette, and product knowledge
- Help prepare training materials, printed manuals, or visual guides in coordination with team leads
- Support day-to-day HR operations: recruitment follow-ups, documentation, and employee queries
Skills & Requirements:
- Keen interest in HR, especially employee training and development
- Good verbal and written communication skills (Hindi/Marathi/English)
- Comfortable working on the shop floor with various staff categories
- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word) and WhatsApp communication
- Pursuing or completed a degree/diploma in HR, Business Administration, or similar
