Job Description:

Kala Hospitals (P) Ltd. is looking for a proactive and responsible HR Executive to handle hospital HR operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and onboarding of hospital staff
• Attendance tracking, payroll coordination & HR documentation
• Staff coordination and internal communication
• Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures

Eligibility:

• Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate (HR preferred)
• Experience: Hospital or healthcare experience preferred
• Good communication and organizational skills

Note: Final CTC will be based on interview performance and candidate eligibility.
