HR Executive (male)

Increase Rev, a leading AdTech company, is seeking a dedicated HR Executive (male) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong HR management skills and at least 1 year of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or employee coordination.

Position: HR Executive (Male)
Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
Timings: 12 PM – 8 PM (On-site | Full-time)
Salary Range: PKR 40,000 – 50,000 per month
Experience Required: 1 Year

Key Responsibilities:

• Support HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and employee documentation.
• Handle end-to-end hiring: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.
• Maintain HR records, employee files, attendance sheets, and daily reports.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for newly hired employees.
• Assist with employee relations and ensure smooth internal communication.
• Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand HR and recruitment needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure a professional HR experience for all employees.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, recruitment, or HR operations
• Male candidate required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident in conducting interviews and interacting with staff
• Organized, proactive, and target-oriented
• Must be available full-time from 12 PM – 8 PM
