Role Summary

We are looking for an MBA – HR professional who will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment and employee lifecycle management. This role is critical in building a strong team culture, ensuring smooth onboarding, managing people performance, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
  • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, LinkedIn, and campus hiring
  • Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and manage offer rollouts
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring metrics
  • Work closely with leadership to understand skill requirements and hiring plans

Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle

  • Manage joining formalities, documentation, and onboarding plans
  • Coordinate training, mentorship assignments, and probation tracking
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data
  • Ensure smooth exits, handovers, and documentation

People Management & HR Operations

  • Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees
  • Address employee concerns, engagement, and workplace issues
  • Support performance reviews, feedback cycles, and appraisals
  • Help build a positive, inclusive, and productive work culture

Policy, Compliance & Process

  • Assist in creating and maintaining HR policies and SOPs
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and basic labor regulations
  • Support payroll coordination and salary data management
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information

Required Qualifications

  • MBA / Master’s in Human Resources (Mandatory)
  • 0–3 years of experience in HR / Recruitment / People Operations
  • Fresh MBA graduates with strong internship experience are welcome

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR fundamentals
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Empathy, professionalism, and people-first mindset
  • Comfortable working with Excel, Google Sheets, HR trackers

Preferred (Good to Have)

  • Experience recruiting IT / technical roles
  • Exposure to startup or fast-growing organization
  • Knowledge of basic payroll concepts
  • Familiarity with HR tools or ATS systems

Employment Type

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
