Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive HR Executive with strong recruitment experience to manage end-to-end hiring, primarily for Inbound Sales Representatives for our night shift packaging campaign. The ideal candidate will also play an active role in supporting sales team performance, employee engagement, and overall team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle for Inbound Sales Representatives (night shift).
• Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess candidates against role requirements.
• Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and hiring timelines.
• Handle onboarding, induction, and orientation of new employees.
• Monitor and support the growth and performance of the night shift sales team.
• Track attendance, productivity, KPIs, and overall sales team performance.
• Address employee queries, manage concerns, and promote a positive work environment.
• Maintain accurate HR records, documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Assist in implementing HR initiatives aimed at improving retention and team performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably focused on recruitment.
• Prior experience hiring for sales or call center roles (night shift exposure is a plus).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Willingness to work in the night shift (mandatory).
