About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and people-focused HR Executive to join our growing Multi Speciality Hospital. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring a positive employee experience, and supporting hospital leadership in building a high-performing workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of hospital staff
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS accurately
- Handle attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance
- Address employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally
- Support performance management, appraisals, and employee engagement initiatives
- Coordinate training, induction, and development programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, hospital policies, and accreditation standards
- Act as a bridge between management and employees to foster a healthy work culture
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, MBA (HR) preferred
- 2+ years of HR experience (hospital or healthcare industry preferred)
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and statutory compliances
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
