About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and people-focused HR Executive to join our growing Multi Speciality Hospital. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring a positive employee experience, and supporting hospital leadership in building a high-performing workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of hospital staff
  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS accurately
  • Handle attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance
  • Address employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally
  • Support performance management, appraisals, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Coordinate training, induction, and development programs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, hospital policies, and accreditation standards
  • Act as a bridge between management and employees to foster a healthy work culture

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, MBA (HR) preferred
  • 2+ years of HR experience (hospital or healthcare industry preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and statutory compliances
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
