We are seeking a versatile and proactive HR who will also serve as Executive Assistant . The role encompasses full-cycle HR responsibilities, including developing recruitment strategies, advertising vacancies on Mourjan, indeed , screening resumes, conducting interviews, preparing offer letters, onboarding new staff, managing performance appraisals, training programs, employee relations, conflict resolution, and ensuring compliance with UAE labour laws. You will handle end-to-end employee lifecycle matters such as visa/ID/passport renewals, medical insurance, pensions, uniforms, badges, business cards, end-of-service settlements, and maintaining accurate records.
Additionally, you will provide high-level executive assistance by managing the owner’s personal bills (house, farm, Salik), which might include preparing monthly expense sheets and payment vouchers, depositing cheques, and coordinating car inspections, insurance, RTA registrations, DEWA accounts, lease/tenancy renewals, trade licences, and KYC updates across branches. Office management duties include scheduling, travel arrangements, correspondence, filing, supplies, cafeteria operations, and general administrative support. The position also involves following up on sales, pricing, refunds, warehouse tasks, marketing campaigns, contract renewals with service providers, and online procurement of branch equipment. This is a hands-on role requiring strong organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
