Job Title: HR Executive – Recruitment

Job Summary:
The HR Executive – Recruitment will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates, and coordinating the hiring process. The role also supports HR operations and ensures a smooth on boarding experience for new hires.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions
- Understand job requirements and prepare job descriptions
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate technical and final interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Issues offer letters and support joining formalities
- Assist in on boarding and induction of new employees
- Ensure timely closure of open positions
- Support general HR activities as required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
