Job Description: HR Executive – OperationsPosition
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive – Operations to support the smooth functioning of our HR processes. This role will focus on operational excellence across employee lifecycle management, compliance, and HR systems, ensuring efficiency and consistency in day-to-day HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Lifecycle Management
- Coordinate onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Support payroll inputs and benefits administration.
- HR Operations
- Manage HR documentation including contracts, letters, and policy updates.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).
- Assist in audits and reporting for HR metrics.
- Recruitment Support
- Partner with recruiters to schedule interviews and manage candidate communication.
- Track hiring progress and maintain recruitment dashboards.
- Employee Engagement & Support
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
- Support engagement initiatives and internal communication.
- Process Improvement
- Identify gaps in HR operations and recommend solutions.
- Contribute to automation and digitalization of HR processes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and documentation.
- Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
