Job Title - HR Executive — Payroll & Team Management

Experience - 1–3 years

Salary - ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and capability)

Role Overview

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing payroll operations, employee lifecycle processes, and day-to-day team management. This role ensures smooth HR operations, statutory compliance, and a positive work environment while supporting management with people-related processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Payroll & Compliance

- Manage end-to-end payroll processing including attendance, leaves, incentives, deductions, and salary disbursement

- Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, and other applicable labor laws

- Maintain accurate employee records, payroll data, and HR documentation

- Coordinate with finance/accounts for salary processing and audits

Team & Employee Management

- Handle onboarding and induction of new employees

- Manage attendance, leave records, and shift schedules

- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR and payroll

- Support performance review cycles and employee engagement activities

- Address employee grievances and support conflict resolution

HR Operations

- Maintain HR policies, SOPs, and internal communication

- Assist in recruitment coordination and interview scheduling

- Ensure discipline, compliance, and adherence to company policies

- Prepare HR reports related to headcount, attrition, payroll, and attendance

Requirements & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations with hands-on payroll management

- Good understanding of payroll processing and labor law compliance

- Strong organizational and people management skills

- Clear written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic HR tools/software

- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

- Timely and accurate payroll processing

- Employee attendance and compliance accuracy

- Reduction in payroll errors and employee grievances

- Employee satisfaction and retention support

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

- Experience working in SMEs or growing organizations

- Familiarity with HRMS or payroll software

- Ability to handle multi-location or field teams

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
