Job Description

Job Title: HR Executive / Sr. HR Executive – People Care HR Operations


Department:
Corporate HR – People Care Operations
Location: Chennai (Ambattur)
Work Mode: Day Shift (11:00 AM – 8:00 PM)
Shift Note: Monthly 2 days MID shift applicable (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM)


Role Overview


We are looking for a proactive and people-centric HR Executive / Senior HR Executive – People Care HR Operations to join our Corporate HR team. This role focuses on enhancing employee experience, driving people engagement initiatives, and supporting HR operations with a strong emphasis on communication, coordination, and stakeholder management.


Key Responsibilities


Freshers Hiring


  • Involved extensively in campus and off-campus hiring for freshers on a monthly basis (10–20 hires).


  • Coordinate end-to-end fresher hiring activities including sourcing, interview scheduling, documentation, and onboarding support.


Employee Engagement & People Care


  • Conduct and coordinate skip-level meetings; track action items and ensure closure.


  • Evaluate and analyze HR Connect tool feedback and reports; share insights and improvement plans.


  • Plan, coordinate, and release the HR Newsletter on a quarterly basis.


  • Drive Rewards & Recognition initiatives across the organization.


  • Organize and coordinate monthly employee gatherings, including announcements, logistics, and overall execution.


CSR & Culture Initiatives


  • Support and coordinate CSR activities and people engagement programs.


  • Actively contribute to strengthening workplace culture and employee connect.


Employee Relations & Feedbacks


  • Conduct regular meetings with managers to understand people-related concerns and support HR interventions.


  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to people care initiatives.


POSH Compliance


  • Coordinate POSH awareness trainings for employees.


  • Schedule and support POSH committee meetings and related documentation.


Desired Skills & Competencies


  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).


  • Good coordination, planning, and stakeholder management abilities.


  • Analytical mindset to interpret employee feedback and HR data.


  • High level of empathy, confidentiality, and professionalism.


  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and timelines effectively.


Qualification & Experience


  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Social Work, or related field.


  • 2–6 years of experience
    in HR Operations / People Care / Employee Engagement (experience level may vary for Executive vs. Senior Executive).


  • Exposure to fresher hiring, employee engagement, and HR operations will be an added advantage.
