HR Executive -Pune

Neuberg Diagnostics is looking for a dynamic HR executive to support and drive end to end HR operations.This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow within a fast paced and people centric organization

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding Coordination
Attendance, Payroll inputs and compliance support
Employee engagement and grievance handling
HR documentation, letters, and record management
Assisting in HR policy implementation and daily operations

Requirements-
Graduate/MBA in HR or related field
2-4 years of HR experience (healthcare/diagnostics preferred, not mandatory)
strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS office/HRMS tools
