HR -Executive-Pune Location

BOT VFX, a post-production services company with global clients, is looking for a HR Executive on a permanent role basis. The position is based out of Pune, India

Eligibility Criteria

• 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources
• MBA/MSW in HR from a reputed management school (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven expertise in people management
• Strong skills in conflict management and resolution
• Flexibility to travel for official purposes (as required)
• Should be good in Ms Excel formulas, PPT presentation

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and HRMS updates
• Oversee time, attendance, and leave management
• Handle employee grievances and 1:1 sessions
• Manage probation confirmations, PIP, and performance management system (PMS)
• Ensure smooth stakeholder management
• Coordinate and manage training programs
• Assist in policy development and implementation
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements
• Administer rewards and recognition programs
• Lead employee engagement and event management activities
• Managing disciplinary action process
• Drive retention initiatives and exit management processes
