We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive / HR Recruiter to join our team. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement activities, especially focusing on hiring for the marine and shipping industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Handle recruitment for seafarers, technical staff, and office roles.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in payroll processing and compliance-related activities.
- Develop and implement HR policies in line with company standards.
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate with different departments to understand hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with RPSL and marine industry regulations.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment/HR, preferably in the marine or shipping industry.(not mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms, sourcing strategies, and HR operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
