Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive specializing in recruitment, located in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. The role also involves maintaining and implementing HR policies, fostering employee relations, and supporting HR operations to ensure smooth workforce management. Collaboration with internal stakeholders and contributing to the overall effectiveness of HR strategies will be key responsibilities of the position.

Qualifications

• Skills in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
• Experience in HR Operations and Employee Relations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in recruitment tools and techniques
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in recruitment or HR management is a plus
• Understanding of labor laws and regulatory compliance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
