Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Strategy & Execution:
  • Manage the full cycle recruiting process from sourcing to offer negotiation and closing.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand department needs and define job descriptions and specifications.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates (e.g., job boards, social media, professional networks, university relations).
  • Candidate Management:
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/video screenings, and shortlist candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the entire process.
  • Administration & Compliance:
  • Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with current candidate and job information.
  • Prepare and extend formal offer letters and manage the acceptance and background check processes.
  • Maintain compliance with all local employment laws and company policies regarding hiring.
  • Metrics & Reporting:
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source of hire.
  • Provide regular status updates and reports to the HR Manager and hiring teams.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate HR setting.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proven experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) (e.g., BambooHR, Greenhouse, Lever).
  • Proficiency in sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • A high degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
