Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Strategy & Execution:
- Manage the full cycle recruiting process from sourcing to offer negotiation and closing.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand department needs and define job descriptions and specifications.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates (e.g., job boards, social media, professional networks, university relations).
- Candidate Management:
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/video screenings, and shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the entire process.
- Administration & Compliance:
- Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with current candidate and job information.
- Prepare and extend formal offer letters and manage the acceptance and background check processes.
- Maintain compliance with all local employment laws and company policies regarding hiring.
- Metrics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source of hire.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to the HR Manager and hiring teams.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate HR setting.
- Technical Skills:
- Proven experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) (e.g., BambooHR, Greenhouse, Lever).
- Proficiency in sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- A high degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
