Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Understand hiring requirements in coordination with department heads
- Post job openings on job portals, social media, and internal platforms
- Source candidates through databases, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment trackers
- Ensure timely offer rollouts and follow-ups with candidates
- Assist in onboarding and induction of new hires
- Maintain recruitment-related MIS reports
- Ensure recruitment processes align with company policies and compliance standards
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of recruitment techniques and tools
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
