Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Understand hiring requirements in coordination with department heads
  • Post job openings on job portals, social media, and internal platforms
  • Source candidates through databases, referrals, and networking
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
  • Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment trackers
  • Ensure timely offer rollouts and follow-ups with candidates
  • Assist in onboarding and induction of new hires
  • Maintain recruitment-related MIS reports
  • Ensure recruitment processes align with company policies and compliance standards

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of recruitment techniques and tools
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience

  • 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
