Profile Overview
We are looking for an HR Executive with strong recruitment expertise who will primarily manage hiring requirements while supporting essential HR generalist functions in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, primarily for digital marketing roles
- Handle multiple open positions simultaneously in a high-volume hiring setup
- Source and hire candidates using LinkedIn and other professional platforms
- Screen candidates and conduct initial assessments
- Align and coordinate interview schedules with internal stakeholders
- Manage and track interview rounds until final selection
- Handle offer rollouts and complete onboarding processes
- Maintain hiring data and reports through ATS
- Support HR generalist activities and employee documentation
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and code of conduct
Skills Required
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment for digital marketing profiles
- Strong LinkedIn hiring expertise with a minimum of 5,000+ connections
- Ability to align interview schedules and manage multi-round interview processes
- Working knowledge of Keka ATS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and evaluation abilities
- Sound understanding of HR policies and professional conduct
Educational Qualification
Graduate or Postgraduate in HR, Management, or a related field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Sourcing: 1 year (Preferred)
- Recruiting: 1 year (Preferred)
- Interviewing: 1 year (Preferred)
