. Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities
✅ Recruitment & Onboarding
- Posting job openings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and hiring employees.
- Managing offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding formalities.
✅ Employee Relations & Engagement
- Addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
- Organizing employee engagement programs and welfare activities.
✅ Payroll & Compliance
- Maintaining attendance, leave records, and processing payroll.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
✅ Performance Management
- Conducting appraisals and performance reviews.
- Assisting in employee training and development programs.
✅ HR Policies & Documentation
- Developing, updating, and implementing HR policies.
- Managing employee records and maintaining confidentiality.
2. Administrative Responsibilities
✅ Office Administration
- Overseeing office supplies, vendor management, and facility management.
- Ensuring smooth office operations and maintenance of equipment.
✅ Travel & Accommodation Management
- Coordinating travel arrangements for employees, including ticketing and hotel bookings.
✅ Event & Meeting Coordination
- Organizing company meetings, conferences, and events.
- Handling logistics, documentation, and other admin-related tasks.
✅ Legal & Compliance Support
- Assisting in contract management and company policies.
- Coordinating with legal teams for compliance-related matters.
Skills & Qualifications
✔ Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
✔ 2+ years of experience in HR and Admin roles.
✔ Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Knowledge of labor laws, payroll software, and office management tools.
