HR Executive (Recruitment) - LADIES

An HR Executive - Recruitment is responsible for managing the recruitment process, ensuring the best talent is attracted and hired to meet the organization's needs. Minimum 1 year of experience

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.

2. Talent Acquisition: Identify and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.

3. Candidate Management: Coordinate interviews, assessments, and other evaluation processes to ensure the best candidates are selected.

4. Employer Branding: Promote the organization's employer brand and enhance its reputation in the job market.

5. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, source of hire, and candidate pipeline.

Qualifications1.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

2. Experience: Previous experience in recruitment or HR, preferably in a similar role.

3. Skills:

- Recruitment: Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and trends.

- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.

- Analytical: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
