Recruitment (70%)
- Handle full-cycle recruitment process — sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Manage hiring for IT and Non-IT roles across various departments.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver quality profiles within timelines.
- Post job openings on various platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and manage candidate pipelines.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening and maintain candidate databases.
- Follow up with selected candidates till joining and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards and monthly hiring reports.
HR Operations (30%)
- Support employee onboarding and documentation (offer letter, joining formalities, e-code creation, ID generation, etc.).
- Maintain employee master data and personnel files.
- Assist in preparing HR-related MIS reports (attendance, attrition, recruitment status).
- Coordinate with payroll/finance team for new joiner details and exit formalities.
- Assist in engagement activities and internal HR communications.
- Support compliance documentation and audits when required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
