Job Summary

We are hiring an HR Executive with hands-on recruitment experience in the Hospitality industry. The role involves end-to-end hiring, payroll coordination, HR operations, and implementation of HR policies across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring

• End-to-end recruitment for operations and sales teams
• Sourcing candidates through job portals, recruitment agencies, social media, and campus hiring
• Coordinating interviews, follow-ups, and onboarding

HR Operations & Payroll

• Maintain employee attendance, leave records, salary processing, and reimbursements
• Coordinate payroll activities and ensure timely salary disbursement

Employee Lifecycle Management

• Handle joining formalities, induction, and documentation
• Manage employee records and exit formalities
• Conduct full & final settlements

Performance & Policy Support

• Assist in half-yearly and annual performance appraisals
• Implement HR policies and ensure employee compliance
• Address employee queries and people-related matters

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 2–3 years in HR (Hospitality or FMCG preferred)
• Education: Any Graduate
• Languages:
• Written: English
• Spoken: English, Hindi, Marathi (Marathi mandatory)
• Skills:
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• MS Word, MS Excel, email handling
• Ability to manage confidential information

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Fixed)
