HR will be responsible for managing end-to-end human resource functions, ensuring smooth recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance processes. This role involves supporting management in developing a positive workplace culture, maintaining HR records, and implementing HR policies effectively.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and job descriptions.
- Conduct induction/orientation sessions for new hires.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Maintain positive employee relations and handle grievances professionally.
- Plan and organize employee engagement activities and events.
- Support performance appraisal processes and maintain HR databases.
Attendance, Payroll & Compliance
- Monitor attendance, leaves, and maintain employee records.
- Coordinate with accounts/payroll teams for salary processing.
- Ensure adherence to statutory compliances (ESI, PF, Gratuity, etc.).
HR Policies & Documentation
- Draft and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Maintain and secure all employee documents and personal files.
- Prepare monthly HR reports and MIS summaries for management review.
Required Skills
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with HR software / ERP systems (Zoho People, GreytHR, etc.).
- Understanding of payroll management and statutory compliance.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capability.
- Confidentiality and professionalism in handling employee information.
- Team-oriented attitude and proactive approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management.
- Prior experience in IT / BPO / Manufacturing HR roles (preferred but not mandatory)
