Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to support daily HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance. The ideal candidate is organized, approachable, and able to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Support payroll processing and leave management.
- Handle employee queries and resolve concerns in a timely manner.
- Coordinate training programs and performance review processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (HR or related field preferred).
- 1–3 years of HR experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HR processes, documentation, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HR software is a plus.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
