HR Executive-Super Market

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resource operations at our Dubai-based hypermarket. The role involves handling recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll coordination, labor law compliance (UAE), and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will have experience in a retail or fast-paced environment in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding· Coordinate recruitment for frontline retail staff including cashiers, merchandisers, packers, bakers and supervisors.

Collaborate with department heads to determine current and future hiring needs.·

Manage job postings, interviews, and offer rollouts in compliance with UAE labor laws.·

Conduct onboarding and induction for new hires.

Employee Records & HR Administration·

Maintain accurate employee records and personal files in line with UAE labor regulations.· Track and manage attendance, shift schedules, and leave balances using HR systems.· Support monthly payroll processing by ensuring timely and accurate data.

Employee Relations & Welfare

Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances.·

Ensure smooth day-to-day HR support on the shop floor.·

Organize employee engagement and welfare activities tailored to a diverse workforce.

Compliance & Legal

Ensure full compliance with UAE Labor Law, including visa, EID, medical, WPS, EoSB, etc.· Coordinate with PRO for visa processing, renewals, and cancellations.·

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal and regulatory changes affecting HR.

Training & Development·

Assist in identifying staff training needs and coordinating sessions with external or internal trainers.·

Maintain a training calendar and records.

Qualifications:·

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.·

2–4 years of HR experience in the UAE, preferably in retail or hospitality.·

Strong understanding of UAE Labor Law and retail HR practices.·

Proficient in MS Office and HRMS platforms.·

Fluent in English & Hindi; knowledge of Arabic, or other languages is a plus.
