HR Executive - Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full Recruitment Process: Manage the entire hiring process, from posting job ads to making offers, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and the hiring team.
  • Work with Department Heads: Collaborate with managers to understand their staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
  • Sourcing Candidates: Find great candidates through job portals, walk-ins, referrals, and local consultants.
  • Screening & Interviews: Review resumes, conduct phone interviews, and schedule final interviews with department heads to select the best candidates.
  • Onboarding Support: Help with joining paperwork and ensure new hires have a great start with a smooth onboarding process.
  • Bulk & Local Hiring: Lead the recruitment for large-scale hires, especially for technicians and support staff, to fill high-demand roles.
  • Track Recruitment: Keep records of all candidates and create reports to track hiring progress.
  • Help with Manpower Planning: Assist with replacing staff who leave and help plan for future hiring needs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in recruitment, preferably in a dealership or similar industry.
  • Strong communication skills to work well with different teams.
  • Ability to find great candidates using multiple sources, including referrals and job portals.
  • Good organization skills and the ability to manage several hiring processes at once.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
