We specialize in SEO, web development, and IT solutions for domestic and international clients. We are currently expanding our team and looking for an experienced HR Executive with a strong background in talent acquisition for IT and fresher-level domestic recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for SEO and IT roles, including screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Handle recruitment for freshers and junior-level positions in technical and non-technical domains.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus drives.
• Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal teams.
• Maintain proper documentation of recruitment processes and candidate records.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand job requirements and hiring goals.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in domestic recruitment with a focus on SEO and IT profiles. (Previous experience in an SEO company will get prefrence)
• Proven experience hiring freshers and junior-level candidates.
• Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, Monster, Indeed), LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Must be currently residing in Bhubaneswar.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Only candidates from Bhubaneswar will be considered.
• Prior experience in recruitment for an SEO company or IT firm is mandatory.
