We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Executive – Talent Execution with 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, specifically in bulk hiring for call centers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment cycles, ensuring timely hiring, and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for call center roles (CSR, TSR, Sales Agents, etc.)
- Handle bulk hiring campaigns to meet weekly/monthly targets
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, walk-ins, and referrals
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation process
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Collaborate with team members to improve recruitment strategies
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment (call center/BPO preferred)
- Proven experience in bulk hiring
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques
- Good organizational and time-management skills
Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per hour
