Job Description:-
- Experience Required- 6 Months to 1.5 Yrs
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across the organization.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and campus drives.
- Screen resumes, shortlist suitable profiles, and conduct initial HR rounds.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and ensure smooth hiring cycles.
- Maintain and update the candidate database for future hiring requirements.
- Draft and release offer letters, joining letters, and onboarding communication.
- Conduct background verification and reference checks.
- Maintain recruitment reports and dashboards.
- Handle employee onboarding and documentation (ID creation, induction, joining kit)
