We’re Hiring: HR Executive (Travel Industry + Recruitment)

Location: Paschim Vihar, Delhi (On-site)
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 (Based on experience & interview)
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for travel sales & related profiles
• Manage employee onboarding, documentation & induction
• Assist with HR operations, payroll coordination & attendance
• Support employee engagement & grievance handling
• Coordinate with management for manpower planning & hiring targets

Requirements:
✔6 months – 2 years of HR/recruitment experience (Travel industry preferred)
✔ Strong communication & people management skills
✔Knowledge of recruitment portals & sourcing techniques
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
