Hiring: Male HR Executive – US BD Department

Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Salary Range: 40,000 – 50,000 (Performance-Based Increment)

Synorise is looking for a Male HR Executive who must have excellent english communication skillswith a minimum of 6 months of experience who can independently manage end-to-end HR operations for our US Business Development (BD) Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle recruitment for the US BD department
• Manage the complete hiring process from sourcing to onboarding
• Maintain HR documentation and employee records
• Handle operational HR tasks efficiently
• Manage the employee lifecycle process from joining to resignation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of HR experience
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Experience in hiring for international/US processes preferred
• Ability to work night shift (7 PM – 4 AM)
• Good documentation and organizational skills
