Job Responsibilities:
The HR Executive / Admin Executive is responsible for supporting human resource functions such as recruitment, employee records, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance, along with administrative activities including office management and facility support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities
· Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and joining formalities
· Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and relieving letters
· Maintain employee personal files and HR records (physical & digital)
· Coordinate attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs
· Support ESI, PF, insurance, and statutory compliance documentation
· Assist in onboarding and induction programs
· Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
Tender Management
· Identify and monitor tenders through portals such as GeM, CPPP, State portals, E-procurement websites
· Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical and commercial requirements
· Prepare technical bids, commercial bids, and compliance statements
· Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to tender timelines
Candidates preferred both male and female
