Hr Executive(Khalapur)

1) Manpower Recruitment and selection as per as per the Customer and Operations requirement

2) Follow up and implement all HR Initiatives, policies, rules and regulation as per the corporate guidelines.

3) Ensure the team follows regulatory norms while working within the premises like Timings / Dress Code / Safety practices / Self Hygiene norms / General Behaviour.

4) Ensure discipline on the floor and initiate disciplinary actions, etc.

Exp. - 3-8 years of experience in HR management preferably from Logistic industry. Good knowledge in various labour laws Education - MBA HR or Any Graduate

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
